He hears me, in desperate cries.
Even at the lowest lows
when I wanted Him to take me from existence.
He saw every struggle with sin,
all the spiritual warfare.
Remained with me through it all
Never ceasing to remind me,
he would never leave.
He says “Be strong and courageous.
Do not be afraid or terrified because of them,
for the Lord your God goes with you;
he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV
He helps me find him as he says
“For everyone who asks receives;
the one who seeks finds;
and to the one who knocks,
the door will be opened.”
Luke 11:10 NIV
He forgave me, not reading into my words too much,
but more into what was best for me & my brothers/sisters.
Yes amen, He interceded for me.
O thank God, praise the Lord Almighty,
all-knowing, & His ever-present presence.
In lonely moments when I felt ugly
or unloveable he gave me little reminders of his love & beauty.
In little rays of sunshine on a bunch of purply blue flowers after the rain.
Through a little injured bird who looked up,
reminding me to look up in midst of difficulty.
He knew it all and He still knows it all.
He knows it all even of you too,
I hope you know
truly how great His love is.
He gives me hope by showing me that one sinner (see Luke 23:32-43)
on the cross next to him who asks Jesus to remember him.
He softens the blows of others who tell me I’m the other.
He tells me I’m enough.
Blots out my filth, remembering it no more.
He tells me just like that one that went astray,
so did He care for me also.
It says “What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off? And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he is happier about that one sheep than about the ninety-nine that did not wander off. In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.” Matthew 18:12-14 NIV 
Please God, please help me be strong
enough to reflect even just a fraction of your love.
Please God help me to walk away
from that sin that constantly creeps up on me,
calling me, enticing me to indulge in it.
Please never cease to move
the cloud that brings misunderstanding, fears & dread.
I’m yours Lord.
And only by you, Jesus, can I walk rightly.
Please help me do this by you Lord. Thank you.
